A clean first run
- 01Install separatelyEach user installs and authorizes FactIQ with their own account.
- 02Verify the toolStart a new conversation and confirm FactIQ appears in the tool activity.
- 03Check coverage firstRecord the companies, calls, fiscal periods, or publication dates actually covered.
- 04Report actionable gapsAsk the assistant to send FactIQ feedback as a data issue, tool error, missing-data request, or other report—or contact support. Include the prompt, ticker/schema, period, expected result, observed result, client, and test date—never personal or confidential material.
Security, privacy, and support
FactIQ uses browser-based OAuth with read-only factiq:read access. Queries and responses are operationally logged and deleted or aggregated after a limited operational period; the public policy does not publish a fixed duration. Read the Privacy Policy, data-deletion guide, and Legal Notice. For a security review, retention schedule, or DPA, email founders@factiq.com.
